Recognizing the opportunity to distinguish women in manufacturing and foster female leadership within the ProMach organization, a group of women at ProMach have created a resource group that is helping improve female employee retention and leadership development across ProMach and its product brands. The resource group, called PowHER of the Pack, has grown from 20 members to 90 members since its launch, which include women in customer-facing roles, engineering, and leadership and continues to grow with its outreach efforts at ProMach.
“Being a part of building this is amazing. And you can tell we love it by how much we put into it, but then we are getting so much out of it at the same time. This is what this is about,” says Krista Combs, VP of Human Resources at ProMach and a founding council member of PowHER of the Pack.
